Mine actually was a 1972 Honda 175cc Road Bike Motorcycle. I was 16 years old and lived outside of Astoria, Oregon. What was I thinking…. It rained most of the time. But it was really cool. ~Franny
1974 Datsun B110. I paid cash for it, a whole $400 in 1987! Unbeknownst to me, it had electrical problems and the engine caught fire while I was in Food4Less buying milk. Before that fateful day, I learned how to change clothes while driving. I lived in Grants Pass but worked in Medford. On the 30 mile drive, I could change out of a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes and into button up blouse, skirt, apron and flats for my job at Bob;s Big Boy.
An old Renault… I couldn’t even tell you the year or model it was. You could actually see the road through the floor though. But I bought it on my credit card, so what you really expect.
Hahahahaha!!!! Loved reading these replies!! Mine was a 1987 (3rd hand) Voltswagon GTS and I loved it! My husband(boyfriend then) made sure I got rid of it- he claimed it was a very “unsafe” car. It was always a surprise with that car- one day the wippers wouln’t work the next day I’d have to climb out the trunk to get out because the doors wouldn’t work- but I loved that car! I kept it for as long as I could!

….And I thought it was interesting watching the lady in front of me blow drying her hair with her dash heater vents.
